Buyer’s Journey:
Step 1: Search for available homes and contact me to enter. For my existing clients, I will select 3 homes that fit your criteria, including some off-market listings if available.
Step 2: Before entering the property, we must have a document signed with your intentions as a buyer and our professional relationship. Please complete the form below which is mandatory before entering any property.
Step 3: Together, we can tour these homes and discuss which aspects you loved and hated. I’ll work on your behalf to schedule more showings until we find a home that you are comfortable and ready to write an offer!
